This Privacy Policy describes how ImmortaClash ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your information. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

1. Summary

ImmortaClash does NOT collect, store, or share any personal data. The game is fully playable offline. Your progress is saved only on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, age)
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Device identifiers (IDFA, advertising ID)
• Browsing or search history
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Camera, microphone, or health data

3. Local Data Storage

The following data is stored only on your device using the system's local storage (NSUserDefaults) and never leaves your device:

• Game progress and save data
• In-game currency (diamonds) and inventory
• Hero, pet, and skill collections
• Gacha/summon history
• A self-generated pseudo device ID (format: dev_<timestamp>_<random>) used only for local save identification
• Sound and language settings

This data is not transmitted to any server. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of this data.

4. In-App Purchases

ImmortaClash offers optional in-app purchases (diamond packs) processed by Apple StoreKit. The purchase transaction is handled entirely by Apple's own infrastructure. We do not receive your payment details, Apple ID, or any personal information from these transactions. Apple's privacy policy applies to purchase data: apple.com/legal/privacy

5. No Tracking

This App does NOT track you across other apps or websites. There are:

• No advertising SDKs
• No analytics SDKs (no Firebase, no Flurry, no Mixpanel, etc.)
• No crash reporting SDKs (no Crashlytics, no Bugly)
• No third-party trackers

6. No Network Requests

The App makes no outbound network requests of its own. The only network activity is Apple StoreKit (in-app purchases), which communicates directly with Apple's servers over HTTPS.

7. Children's Privacy

ImmortaClash is suitable for all ages (rated 12+). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other users, because we do not collect personal information at all.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete on our servers. You have full control over your local game data by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
